Refurbish a ground-floor two-bed flat in one of the trendiest parts of Cardiff, and make the most of its outdoor space.
The work
This was a full refurbishment. The layout was designed to create a seamless transition from indoors to an outdoor area that is south-facing and private. Inside, there are two large bedrooms and a striking bathroom with a black-framed walk-in shower, slate-effect floor and oak slat panelling.
The result
A thoughtfully designed flat where the garden feels like part of the home.
