The brief

Turn a Cathays property into four flats that would be solid rentals for years to come.

The work

A lot of work went into this one. Every floor was taken out and the rear annex demolished. New foundations went in, followed by new services and structural steels. We built a double-storey extension and created a dormer containing two bedrooms and a bathroom, then installed kitchens and bathrooms throughout.

We did the heavy work; the client finished the furnishing and decoration.

The result

Four flats in a great location, completed and on the rental market in September 2026.
