About us

A Cardiff developer that builds what it would live in

Elevate Developments & Maintenance Ltd is a Cardiff company, founded in 2025 by Thomas Daly.

Overlooked properties, done properly

We take on properties other people walk past: run-down houses, tired flats and buildings that need taking back to brick. Then we turn them into homes people want to live in, and assets investors want to own.

We work across three areas: investments, refurbishments and design & build. In practice most projects involve all three, from sourcing and planning through to construction and completion.

Our work is concentrated in Cardiff, particularly Pontcanna, Cathays and Roath, and we take on projects elsewhere in South Wales too.

How we work

  • Back to brick where it needs it. We’d rather strip a house back and do it properly than cover up problems.
  • Timeless design. Oak, brass, stone and tile; finishes chosen to look good for years, not just on handover day.
  • One team. Design, build and delivery under one roof, so there’s always one point of responsibility.
  • Average should never be good enough. It’s the line we posted when we joined the FMB, and it applies to every job.
